I think the script is competition-ready. And I’m not just writing that because I hit 90 pages; I really do think the script has matured into a more prototypical piece. Previously, the script felt more like a receptacle for my lived experiences instead of a tight story building to a satisfying ending. Now, I feel like the scenes all have a point and direct the reader accordingly.
I’ll miss the pharmacist scene with the blood pressure machine, but I can always keep that idea in my back pocket for another script. Anyway, this is Carina at 90 pages. It just needs a little bit of polishing for grammar, punctuation, and formatting, but otherwise it’s good to go.
