So, as this experiment continues, I find that reality has a way of interrupting plans. I thought Brian and I would be able to just review 10 (or so) new pages each week, and that would be the show. But since his feedback (and hopefully feedback from others) will affect the pages each week which will in turn affect the following week, it makes sense to cover updates for the previous week. If that’s confusing, then imagine how I felt writing that just now.
Basically, we’ll probably have to do overlapping episodes where I write 10 pages, we discuss those pages, I make changes to those pages, then we discuss my changes as well as the new 10 pages for the current week. In effect, I’ll be writing 20 pages a week.
And now that I’ve semi-experienced what 20 pages a week feels like, I think I might have to cut down new pages to 5 so that I can get back to a 10-page week. I managed this week, so I’ll stick with 20 pages (or so) until it becomes impossible. So far, my spirits and energy are high, and that’s what’s important.
